Two girls in a detention center had lice, so the guards gave them 2 combs, with the orders to comb the other 18 or so girls, and said if they lost the combs they would take away their mattress's and thin blankets. So the girls did what they were told and lost one accidentally, and the guards did what they said they would do and the girls slept on the concrete. Which left them huddling for body heat.
